Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are correct while placing the order. Golden Toys & Cycles will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect customer details.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and delivery location.

Delivery Timeline

We deliver orders across India. Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, product type, and courier partner.

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared wherever possible. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges for standard deliveries. Any exceptions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout before the order is placed.

Large Products

Bicycles and bulky items may require special handling and packaging. Delivery timelines for such products may be longer than those for regular items.

Delivery Attempt

Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery. Please make sure the phone number provided is active and reachable.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, extra shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Product Inspection on Delivery

Please check the package condition at the time of delivery. If the package looks damaged or tampered with, take photos/videos and inform us immediately.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, public holidays, stock availability, location restrictions, or other unavoidable situations. We will try our best to keep you updated.

Order Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. After investigation, if the shipment is confirmed as lost or undelivered, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per our policy.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver orders to all serviceable locations across India. Delivery depends on your PIN code and the availability of our courier partners. Some remote areas may take a little longer to receive orders or may have limited delivery service. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

How To Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will share tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable). Customers will receive a tracking number and tracking link to monitor the delivery status of their order in real time.

Customers can also check their order status by logging into their account on our website. If tracking information is delayed or not updated, please allow some time for courier updates.
