Return & Cancellation Policy

At Golden Toys & Cycles, we want you to have a smooth, trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our return and cancellation terms before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

You can request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with manuals, bills, and tags.

Returns/exchanges for eligible products must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must initiate eligible return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are advised to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

  • Used bicycles

  • Assembled bicycles

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items with missing parts

  • Products damaged during installation

  • Clearance sale or special offer items, if marked non-returnable

Inspection Process

Once a return request is received, our team may ask for photos or videos of the product and packaging. The return will be approved only after verification.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exchange

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Damaged Product Received

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with clear photos/videos of the package and product. Do not use or assemble the product before reporting the issue.

Wrong/Missing Items Received

If you receive a wrong product, an incomplete order, or any item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and share your order details along with clear photos of the received product/package. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or ship the missing item(s) at no additional cost.

If replacement is not possible or the item is unavailable, a full or partial refund (as applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
